Recruitment

All prospective members of Alpha Omega Epsilon spend a few months as a candidate before becoming a full member. During this time, candidates get to know the members, become acquainted with our goals and values, and learn about the opportunities that the Sigma Chapter of Alpha Omega Epsilon offers women engineers and technical scientists at Georgia Tech.
