Alpha Omega Epsilon is a professional and social engineering sorority dedicated to enriching the lives of women pursuing degrees in the fields of engineering and technical sciences. Friendship, leadership, and professionalism serve as the cornerstones that support the ideals and objectives that all members of Alpha Omega Epsilon strive to uphold. The sisters of Alpha Omega Epsilon promote these ideals and objectives to help further the advancement of female engineers and technical scientists, while at the same time developing bonds of lifelong friendships.

Friendship is a value cherished by all sisters of Alpha Omega Epsilon. Serving at the basis of all activities, it is felt through social, philanthropy, and professional events, as well as in everyday interactions. Lifelong friendships are created, forming a well-rounded, long-lasting, and close-knit community.

Leadership is a quality striven for by all members of Alpha Omega Epsilon. Fostered through numerous activities within the Sorority, as well as in and outside of the classroom, the sisters of Alpha Omega Epsilon strive to emerge as leaders.

Professionalism is held in high regard for the members of Alpha Omega Epsilon. Placing high importance on establishing a positive female presence in the fields of engineering and the technical sciences, Alpha Omega Epsilon offers numerous opportunities for professional development and the promotion of technical careers for young women.

The Georgia Tech chapter of Alpha Omega Epsilon, or GT A.O.E. for short, welcomes female undergraduate students from all Georgia Tech engineering majors, as well as computer science majors.
