A Letter From Our President

Sisters, alumnae and friends of Alpha Omega Epsilon,

My name is Grace Mulcahy and I am honored to serve as the 2019 Sigma Chapter President, and so excited to lead this group of extraordinary women! The three pillars of Alpha Omega Epsilon are: "Friendship", "Leadership", and "Professionalism", and I see each member exude these traits in everything they do. The friendship within the Sigma Chapter is truly that of sisters, one of support, laughter, and kindness, but also one of honesty, respect, and high standards. We build lifelong friendships through various sisterhood, philanthropic, and social events, and the bonds formed last beyond our time in college. My goal is to create an environment conducive to the development of leadership skills in all our members. Every sister receives opportunities to serve as chapter leadership. Personally, I have held an officer position every semester I have been active, and I have grown immensely from these experiences. I want to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of each sister since we all work to keep the chapter running smoothly. As emerging engineers, scientists, and tech minded women, we must incorporate professionalism into everything we do. Our chapter continually works towards finding new ways to support our sisters both academically and professionally. Alumnae and experienced active sisters provide resources which foster personal growth, prepare us for successful futures, and promote lifelong learning. Alpha Omega Epsilon has been a part of my college career since I started at Georgia Tech, and I am so proud to call myself a sister and a leader. This chapter has given me so much, and I will give all that I can back to it. I invite you to learn more about our sisterhood through this website, and please feel free to reach out to me or any other member with questions. I can't wait to meet you!
